The terms that govern your use of Saachii Studios facilities, memberships and services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, making a booking, reserving a locker or using any Saachii Studios facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all current and future bookings and services offered by Saachii.
"Booking" means any reservation made through the Saachii platform. "Membership" means any subscription package offered by Saachii. "Practitioner" means any person using the platform for business purposes. "Premises" means any location operated by Saachii Studios.
Practitioners confirm that bookings and memberships are obtained wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Saachii provides access to salon chairs, treatment rooms, wellness spaces, lockers and facilities on a revocable licence basis only. No tenancy, lease, partnership or employment relationship is created.
Practitioners operate independently and remain solely responsible for clients, treatments, outcomes, insurance, qualifications and compliance.
Saachii may require identification, proof of address, qualifications and evidence of insurance before granting access.
Bookings are confirmed only when recorded on the platform. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
Saachii may amend memberships, pricing, credits, booking rules, facilities and services on reasonable notice.
All fees are payable when due. Practitioners must maintain valid payment details. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension.
Basic Membership bookings are non-refundable. Pro Membership bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking start time receive a credit. Credits expire after 30 days, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Saachii may suspend access and recover costs associated with chargebacks or disputed payments.
Practitioners must comply with all laws, maintain insurance, behave professionally and keep appropriate records.
Practitioners must not solicit clients belonging to other practitioners or interfere with another practitioner's business.
Practitioners must not use or interfere with another practitioner's equipment, tools, stock or consumables without permission.
Spaces must be left clean and hygienic after use.
Sharps must be disposed of in approved sharps containers. Improper disposal is a serious health and safety breach.
Practitioners are responsible for the safety and compliance of equipment brought onto the premises.
Workstations must be cleaned after use and all hair removed.
Treatment rooms must be maintained in a clean, professional condition.
Locker access is available to eligible members only. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of locker access. If payment remains outstanding for 7 days, Saachii may open the locker, remove contents and store, dispose of, donate, recycle or otherwise deal with the contents. Costs may be charged back.
Property left on the premises may be removed, stored, donated, recycled or disposed of. Saachii may recover associated costs.
CCTV may operate in communal areas for safety, security and compliance purposes.
Practitioners are independent data controllers responsible for compliance with UK GDPR and applicable legislation.
Practitioners grant Saachii permission to use their business name, logo and publicly available content for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
Minimum charges may apply: Late Checkout £100; Unauthorised Use of Another Practitioner's Property £150; Emergency Call-Out £150; Damage to Premises £250; Improper Sharps Disposal £500. Saachii may recover additional costs exceeding these amounts.
Saachii is not liable for treatment outcomes, practitioner property, loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Practitioners indemnify Saachii against claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from their services, clients or breach of these Terms.
Saachii is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Saachii may suspend or terminate access for safety concerns, non-payment, misuse of facilities or breaches of these Terms.
Saachii may provide notices electronically through the platform or registered email address.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Acceptance through the Saachii platform constitutes a legally binding agreement.
By using Saachii, the Practitioner confirms that they hold appropriate qualifications and insurance and agree to these Terms.
